The hotel is located conveniently close to San Juan Capistrano, making it a great value with local attractions and restaurants nearby. the rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, and equipped with useful amenities like a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. the staff is attentive and provides excellent service.

Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from Mission Basilica was awesome. The room with patio was best value.

The restaurant here serves fantastic food, and they offer a nice hot breakfast with waffles. They even have a pancake machine available! If you're staying multiple nights, you'll have different options for breakfast. 🥞.

Typical motel for the one overnight stay in transit. Breakfast OK, although mainly sweet things. Relatively calm.

Entrance a bit hard to find (especially because address is wrongly geo-positioned on my Navi). Although close to the city (Mision), you have to go there by car (but you can easily get free parking)

Convenient location, within walking distance to everything. the staff here are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. 😊.

the hotel was in an easy location, to the more historic areas of san juan. further, it was so close to the interstae 5 / ortega hwy bridge as well as the train station where all the restaurants and petting zoo. best value, good choice, had a very very good stay on vacation.

Got free of charge breakfasts with fruit and a good assortment of hot, for instance. The airport was 0.5 km away...

The room we stayed in was very spacious and had a recliner. the breakfast was great and they even had a kitchen available. the staff were efficient and super friendly. Conveniently located near the train station, restaurants, and Disneyland - all within a 30-minute drive.

Great location, my room was clean and comfortable, had everything I needed....staff was very personable. My dog was comfortable :)!!!

The recently renovated king room was equipped with a writing table and carpet. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with cereal, yogurt, and hot waffles. The hotel's location near the historical district of San Juan Capistrano was excellent and beautiful. It was conveniently located near tourist attractions such as the Coach House and the Interstate 5 / Ortega Hwy bridge.

Room was large and quite. Breakfast staff accommodating. Front desk staff helpful re: wifi connection. Plenty of bath towels.

Carpeting was VERY dirty, actually it was sticky! Lighting throughout the room was poor. Only 2 of the 3 light fixtures above wash basin area had bulbs. Correction of these issues and price reduction would intice us to return and refer others to this Best Western facility.

The Best Western Capistrano Inn offers a variety of products for a delightful breakfast. the rooms are reasonably spacious, making for a comfortable stay. the building is beautiful, and the location is stunning, with convenient access to nearby restaurants, Dana Point, San Clemente.
